Repairs
Our repairs are done off-site at the Jewelry Clinic in Kelowna. Everything is hand delivered by us, ill eliminating the risk of loss through the mail. You can bring us any jewelry in need of repair for a free quote.
Repairs with us take roughly 3 weeks. However if we need to source a specific piece or stone, it could possibly take up to 6 weeks.
Warranty
- All solid gold pieces purchased through us come with a 1 year warranty.
- All costume jewelry comes with a 3 month warranty.
Some brands we carry have a longer warranty if you go direct through the supplier. Please send us a photo of your broken piece with how it broke and when to nomadpenticton@gmail.com. We will advise you on the best options for having your jewelry fixed.
If you bring your pieces to another jeweller for work during the warranty period this will void the warranty. We will give discounts on repairs for any pieces purchased through us after the warranty date has passed.
